As the main contractor, I directly did the following jobs: -Use Autocad software to create 2D Layout plan and use Sketchup software to create 3D plan according to Honda standards, discuss and agree on Layout with customer. -Negotiate quotes with customers to ensure maximum profit for the company. -Control interior contractors to provide services to customers ensuring progress and quality -Receive customer feedback/connect with maintenance department to have the best plan for the company's after-sales service -Actively seek new customers for the company. -Control interior (installation team/ product team) to provide services to customers ensuring progress and quality -Making business results to the Board of Director -Making business planning and strategy to the Board of Director
-Collaborated with Australian experts to develop detailed structural design plans and define construction methods for factory equipment installation. -Led the construction and machinery installation of Vietnam's first modern nickel ore production factory. -Executed full-scale road construction, including talus slope formation and slope stabilization on mountainous terrain. -Constructed tailings dam systems to contain industrial waste from the nickel ore production process. -Assisted in factory operations and process coordination with international engineering teams. -Participated in tunnel construction works, including wall reinforcement and landslide mitigation.
-Inspected incoming materials for quality compliance prior to site entry. Oversaw construction quality, quantity, schedule, and site safety. -Reviewed detailed design drawings and coordinated with stakeholders for project acceptance. Prepared and maintained quality documentation for assigned projects. -Participated in project meetings with investors and contractors to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
