• General Management of Mining Operations includes both short-term and long-term planning, ensuring that operations proceed according to plan, safely, and efficiently. • Developing an annual mining operation plan, which includes cost estimation based on actual data and forecasts. • Optimizing the mining process, planning, and operational costs for the entire life cycle of the mine. • Designing the mining pits and waste disposal areas, applying process optimization measures and improving occupational safety. • Negotiating and establishing unit prices with contractors to ensure fairness and transparency. • Carrying out monthly acceptance and payment procedures with contractors, controlling quality and operational costs. • Working with relevant authorities for inspections and checks to ensure full compliance with applicable legal regulations. • Responsible for recruiting and training technical staff, including senior mining engineers, mining engineers, and interns.
• Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly mining operation plans, ensuring coordination and efficiency in the production process. • Closely monitoring the implementation of the mining plan to ensure adherence to schedules and objectives. • Establishing regular drilling and blasting schedules, improving processes to optimize work performance. Evaluating and inspecting the drilling and blasting designs. • Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly mining progress reports, providing updated information to the management team. • Continuously updating design details for the mining pits, waste disposal areas, and other supporting facilities. • Managing payments to mining contractors, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial matters. • Training and guiding mining engineers and interns, enhancing their professional expertise and practical skills for the technical team
• Designing technical drilling and blasting plans, ensuring effectiveness and safety during mining operations. • Closely monitoring the drilling and blasting activities of contractors, controlling the quality of work according to the plan and project schedule. Adjusting and updating drilling and blasting designs for mining pits and waste disposal areas to align with actual conditions and technical requirements. • Conducting acceptance of drilling and blasting work, evaluating results, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. • Basic design for pit and dump • Preparing and presenting weekly reports on the progress and effectiveness of mining operations, providing updated information to the management team.
