RITA VO CO., LTD Field: Building materials, Auto, Café, Fashion, Hotels and Resorts Main duty: • Ensure internal company needs are met in a timely and efficient manner • Provide appropriate tactical support to Sale/ Marketing team • Carry out procurement transaction processes for POSM/ IT service (hardware, software) & Telecom, Material Repair Office Operation, New Showroom Construction, Logistics, Administration Department, …. • Negotiate & implement agreement with preferred suppliers • Develop and maintain new and existing supply contracts • Drive procurement saving projects.
Field : IT Equipment (hardware / software) , IT infrastructure& Solution Network Main duty: 1. Manage purchasing team - Proposal for forecasting and planning orders. - Assign tasks to team members, train and supervise them - Develop and implement purchasing strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met. - Negotiate to ensure the best competitive price and quality for goods. - Challenge internal stakeholder demands: work with the Director, Planning department, operation department... to understand the requirements of different projects, do efficient sourcing activities. - Cooperate with the Accountant Department to optimize financial terms: payment term, delivery, warranty. - Support team on solving complain from internal and external 2. Set up the purchasing procedure - Develop and implement strong best purchasing processes. - Prepare periodic purchasing report (Purchasing amount, saving amount and purchasing action plan…) - Set KPI for team members ------------------------------------------------ Aug 2017-March 2018: Purchasing Specialist Main duty: 1. Import Purchasing - Lead in all processes for import goods from overseas. - Work with forwarder to follow up the shipment, custom clearance 2. Local Purchasing: Main person in charge for some key suppliers. - Mainly responsible for all operations from product search, supplier, price negotiation, price comparison, ordering, delivery, making payment request. - Sourcing, Working closely and build up the good relationship with New Supplier and Distributor local in IT Field such as Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet, Fuji Xerox, Microsoft, Autodesk, APC, SUPREMA and interior & M&E construction - Ensure project run smoothly and within lead time. Any problem arise and effect to deliver schedule must to solve and report to related department as Engineer, Sale team, Manager. - Managing the maintenance works and update ERP system
Field: F&B- Manage and operate several restaurant brands including King BBQ Buffet, Thai Express, Seoul Garden, Hotpot story, Sushi Kei... Main duty: - Control the purchase and supply of all procured items for more than 100 restaurants. - Prospecting the market: inquiring new suppliers through internet, trade fair, associations, etc...to have a diverse supplier data base and optimal assortment. - Evaluate and select suppliers according to Commodity standards & price survey - Negotiate with suppliers to have the best price in given purchase budget, and manage other terms and conditions as payment, delivery, etc... - Having good knowledge of MULTI-CATEGORY (FMCG, Fresh Food, Household and Non-food items...)
