Receiving directions of the board as well as requirements from customers and assign work to division members. Giving search directions, search string, jobs descriptions … to members depends on customers’ requests. Looking for suitable candidates to the requirements through Job Board and social network (LinkedIn, Blog, Facebook, Google, Twitter etc) Receiving feedbacks from customers and discuss with them to finding out suitable candidates. Reviewing searching results of candidates from members and approving them. Reporting to the board daily. • Work closely with the P&C team and hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs. • Hands-on a part of the onboarding process. • Conduct the 1st round interview with candidates, manage all the hiring process in order to make sure everything smoothly. • Collaborate with the agencies to fulfil the Headcounts received from P&C team. • Prepare the employment contract for candidate. • Negotiate with candidates related to the compensation, then suggest to VP – People & Culture for approval. • Roles to close for the two locations Hanoi and HCMC : Backend (Java & .NET); Frontend (Reactjs, Angular); QA Engineer; Engineering Manager; Product Manager; Android & IOS Engineer.

- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs. - Responsible for the whole recruitment activities. - Keep the Talent Pool Up to date for future recruitment. - Employer Branding: * Supported the HR team in Tech Expo which GoBear is one of the major sponsors (translated posters, documents or articles from English to Vietnamese; contacted with vendors to prepare materials or equipment). * Coordinated with organizer before – in – after Tech expo. * Introduce, advertise GoBear to candidates on the day of Tech expo.
• Knowledgeable of Recruitment Industry such as IT, marketing and advertising, finance, accounting. • Resource candidates from job boards such as Linkedin and Monster, social network sites and any means of the internet as well as populate database build-up and market/talent pool research.
