Contributing to a larger purpose and creating impact for the community is what motivates me. Here at LinkedIn, I lead the APAC Talent Attraction & Experience team, overseeing employer branding & recruitment marketing, hiring experience programs, and recruitment coordination. Being a working mother, I’ve taken on the APAC co-Lead role for Families @ LinkedIn, as I believe in the importance of building a community where families of all forms can thrive at work. I'm also a certified coach, working towards accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. If you're interested to explore coaching, i'm always open for a chat to explore how I can partner you to help you achieve your goals! Social impact and the non-profit space is also something I'm passionate about. I volunteer on the side whenever I can, and I'm also thankful to have the opportunity to mentor and coach with the LinkedIn Social Impact team, furthering our vision of creating economic impact for every member of the global workforce.
With a reorganisation, my team now looks after the following areas: employer branding & recruitment marketing, hiring experience programs, and recruitment coordination. Our goal is to provide the best experience to all our stakeholders - candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers, from the very first touchpoint with our employer brand, through the interview stages, all the way till a new employee starts their first day!
I've served in the Families Employee Resource Group (ERG) in various capacities, starting out in the pioneer Singapore committee in 2019 before taking on the APAC Inclusion Recruiting Lead role in 2020, working in partnership with TA. When I came back from Maternity in July 2021, I moved into the Asia Lead role, working with in-country leads in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan, to build a support community for families at LinkedIn. After moving into the APAC Chief of Staff role for a year in Jul 2023, i was honoured to serve as the APAC Families Lead in 2024, before stepping down to hand over to an amazing team. I've enjoyed working closely with our Global Families at LinkedIn Leads to create an inclusive environment at LinkedIn for our employees, and I'm excited for their continued growth!
With a promotion, I took on additional responsibilities to oversee the leadership hiring team for APAC. Due to restructuring in the TA organisation, i moved on to take on a new portfolio

My role was to identify opportunities to grow and develop Singapore's international non-profit sector. This entailed industry, market and trend analysis, and engagement of key stakeholders - intergovernmental organisations (IGOs), international NGOs, public sector agencies and private sector partners. By encouraging IGOs and NGOS to co-create and implement their strategies from Singapore for the region, we create meaningful jobs and partnerships. Organisations I worked with include the World Bank Group, IATA and Interpol.
