Having worked on the Owners’, Charterers’, and Brokers’ sides, I bring a comprehensive perspective on commercial operations, chartering, and vessel management. - Managed a shipping portfolio covering shortsea and deepsea shipments of steel products and raw materials under COA, spot, and time-charter contracts. - Implemented, monitored, and reported key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly, while developing new decision-making tools and mark-to-market benchmarks. - Prepared monthly and quarterly performance reports and submitted the Annual Budget Plan. - Built new COA partnerships, negotiated third-party contracts, and managed a time-chartered fleet of coasters.
