- Monitor, update, synthesize and review sets of sales, service and development targets in the Region. - Synthesize and analyze a number of targets, participate in reviewing and monitoring the implementation of targets and activity plans. - Establish, synthesize, and manage database systems in vehicle business. - Implement and implement the signing of Agency Contracts with Agencies/Contractors in the Region according to approved policies; Monitor compliance with the contract. - Monitor and organize acceptance of new projects put into operation.
- Monitor the inventory situation of packaging materials, ensure safe inventory limits for the dairy industry and Ong Bau coffee chain. - Manage the internal supply planning process and plan raw material and packaging purchasing activities based on production plans and output forecasting market demand. - Plan to move raw materials and packaging to central warehouses to serve Ong Bau coffee shops nationwide. - Plan coffee production for the entire Ong Bau coffee chain. - Handle issues related to import schedules/lack of raw materials/packaging. - Control factory inventory limits related to assigned team. - Capacity planning and production order planning, inventory management, new product launch planning, and continuous improvement through data mining and analysis. - Work with vendors on delivery timeline, material/packaging quality. - Monitor product date reports and propose related solutions.
