External communication - Prepare external communication documents (corporate level), Including but not limited to: PR articles, press release, BOD profiles, video clips... - Manage PR agency’s works from proposal to execution to deliver the most working efficiency - Seek and submit all document to external recognition/awards to enhance Hanwha Life Vietnam (HLV)'s reputation and credibility in the market - Propose new opportunities of media sponsor which suitable with HLV's vision and mission - Brainstorm & implement new concepts/ideas/innovation to strengthen and develop HLV's external communications Media management - Build and maintain good relation with local media partners, especially financial media - Arrange meeting/catch-up on special occasions (logistic, media invitation; gift execution …) Crisis management - Media tracking: Daily/weekly/monthly update and report. - Support PR & CSR Manager to get information and working across functions/agency to finalize all communication contents. - Alert PR & CSR Manager potential risk and crisis.
