Project Officer for Digital Skills

About

I graduated from the Department of Sociology of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities – Hanoi National University. I joined CARE International in Vietnam for 9 years and have experienced many positions since then, from being an intern to support activities to being a program officer, who is in charge of several projects at the same time. Hence, I have experiences in managing projects and working with a lot of partners (including donors, INGOs, VNGOs, mass organizations, and government authorities). Developing proposals was also one of my tasks with the team. I also have good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) since I was in charge of it for my projects as well as the whole program. I have worked with a variety impact group of such as children, ethnic groups, farmers, sex workers and female migrants in the formal and informal sector. I identify myself as a good supporter. My passion is to discover how to connect people better and support vulnerable communities.
