I graduated from the Department of Sociology of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities – Hanoi National University. I joined CARE International in Vietnam for 9 years and have experienced many positions since then, from being an intern to support activities to being a program officer, who is in charge of several projects at the same time. Hence, I have experiences in managing projects and working with a lot of partners (including donors, INGOs, VNGOs, mass organizations, and government authorities). Developing proposals was also one of my tasks with the team. I also have good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) since I was in charge of it for my projects as well as the whole program. I have worked with a variety impact group of such as children, ethnic groups, farmers, sex workers and female migrants in the formal and informal sector. I identify myself as a good supporter. My passion is to discover how to connect people better and support vulnerable communities.
Implement the SMRE project (Explosive Ordnance Risk education project) in collaboration with Vietnam Mine Action Center (VNMAC), Department of Education and Trainings (DOETs) at the provincial levels. - Sustain or contribute to sustain partnerships with diverse agencies at the provincial and national levels, including VNMAC, Provincial DOETs, BOETs, and Universities. - Conducted systematic monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities in alignment with project objectives. - Oversaw contract management with suppliers in developing project materials such as guidance book for teachers, digital training course for teachers, digital library, animation clips etc.; ensure timely delivery and quality of products. - Facilitate hybrid trainings for primary and secondary teachers.
- Manage and implement projects under Socially Marginalized Population program to empower women in urban areas. - Responsible for the M&E information under the program. - Contribute to developing project concept notes, proposals, and budgets. - Maintain communication system and ensure information flow between project and relevant parties. - Contribute to developing training manuals, materials, approaches, methods, guidelines, and tools for the projects. - Facilitate gender trainings for female workers.
- Develop the number of reports for Senior Management team, governing organization, and donors - Responsible for maintaining working relations between CARE and Vietnam governing agency (PACCOM). Be in charge of reports to PACCOM, organization registration paper process and other correspondences. - Manage filing system of key project documents and organization’s papers - Provide verbal and written English translation if need. - Support and travel to project’s sites if needed
- Provide administrative, logistical and financial support for projects’ activities (including projects on HIV, life skill, climate change/ disaster risk reduction) - Prepare contracts and maintain good working relations with partners - Carry out all day-to-day project financial and administrative tasks including travel arrangements, goods procurement, and project documents update and maintenance
