Kaitiaki of the Marae tikanga and resources for the benefit of Waikato-Tainui tribal members living in the area.
Warden support to a number of local Maori and community initiatives; alcohol and road safety, rangatahi/youth development, kaumaatua visitations, event and marae support.
District coordination of Maori Warden training, event management and resources. The trust supports over 100 Maori Wardens and 10 sub associations in the Sth Auckland and wider area.
A small, dominantly Maori church of 60 - 80 members. Was raised in this church from its inception in the early 80's, mother was the founding secretary and father now pastors the church. Serving in ladies studies, rangatahi/youth development and administration.
