After having worked as a Customer Service for nearly 3 years, I decided to take my knowledge and experience to the next level. I realized my passion to connect with people and build a solid foundation based on trust. So I joined Shelby Global as a HR Business Partner to fulfill my growth. As a HR Business Partner, I'm a communicator with clients: share an open business conversion, work closely with them and fulfill their needs in recruitment. I worked as a Customer Service executive in Travel industry. This job helped me to have an insight of customers, be patient and be urgent to solve any problems in a timely manner. - Stored customers' data and purchasing history - Handled daily emails on Freshdesk and personal email - Took care of incoming and outgoing correspondence from customers - Collected feedback from customers and took care of customers' complaints - Built a positive customer experience - Coordinated with other departments to improve mailing systems
This was the 1st time I went abroad on my own. At this job, I joined as an English teacher to share my dreams and experiences for students at Longquanyi secondary school. Despite a short period of time, I was able to connect all my shy students and help them get more confidence in themselves. It might take an entire day to speak out all my feelings and experiences. To be honest, I couldn't express how much I've grown up and how responsible I've become. My perspective of China, a country to which I used to have an aversion, totally changed after 45 days being in Beijing and Chengdu. Due to this experience, I discovered my passion of being an influencer and a communication expert, also. And I love China. Deep in love.
