One year upgrade Safety Management System for 13 nut factories
One year set up Ehss system for chemistry and pharmaceutiscal warehouse
Fully in charge of establishment Occupational Health, Safety, Security and environment for nation wide including one office and 6 warehouses and nationwide transportation with complicated 5 legal entities from very simply basic to mature HSSE management system nearly five years meet the international standard of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TAPA FSR. I successfully get certified security management system to TAPA FSR (the first warehouse of distribution in Vietnam meets this security standard). I built HSSE culture from reactive stage to independent stage as per Bradley Curve. During COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 & 2021, I led company BCP and specially ensured smooth Operations even during the hard time of Vietnam from July to Sep 2021. Many digital applications have been developed in HSSE such as Ms Forms, Power Automate into HSSE reports, dashboard such as Near Miss, Corrective Action and KPI.
While working at Kleenpak, I mainly in charge of Quality Managements System, Quality Assurance and ensure HSE meet the legal requirements for both Singapore and Vietnam factories with 200 people including my 6 subordinates. I got some remarkable achievements. Firstly, I did upgrade the quality management system from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 for both Singapore and Vietnam. Secondly, I made the company get approval the processing wet wipe contractor for Sanofi and Unilab client. Thirdly, I centralized structure of quality management from 2 separate companies to one head quarter and child factory. Fourthly, built up successfully the Social Compliance System to BSCI as per Watsons client’s demand. Fifthly, I trained and developed Statistical Process Control to reduce defects and improve processes. Lastly, I trained and upgraded the other colleagues from Purchasing, Sales and Engineering to higher level of total quality management.
