Advisor, Investor, Entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in financial services, investment banking and investment management. Nga Tran has a proven track record in raising debt and equity financings, structuring new investment funds, and establishing an asset management firm. She is a partner and co-founder of S2S+ Advisors LLC, an advisory and investment firm focused on early stage companies. In 2005, she co-founded CIFC, an investment manager specializing in corporate and structured credit strategies. Serving on CIFC’s Investment Committee and Operating Committee, she was integrally involved in the firm’s fundraising, strategic planning and acquisitions. Nga Tran helped grow CIFC’s assets under management to $12 billion by the end of 2012. Prior to CIFC, Ms. Tran worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, advising private equity firms on leveraged buyout financings, recapitalizations, equity offerings and private placements. She holds a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from University of Virginia. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Fulbright University Vietnam.
