    * Material control: - Make material plan based on the sales forecast of Board of Directors and Sales Department. - Adjust the material plan by weekly based on BOM, real order, production capacity and customer demand. - Work with Purchasing Department to confirm the material delivery date meeting the inquiries. - Update material plan if any BOM changes. - Control inventory and maintain the proper inventory level. - Compute the product cost. * Production control: - Work with customers/sales dept. to reveal the customer demand on products: maquette, configuration etc and figure out the new product costs and selling price. - Make the production schedule based on material inventory and production capacity. - Estimate the product completion time and respond to the customer/sales department. - Work with QC/QA department and production department in case occuring incident in production line. Make weekly report or unscheduled report to BOD. Advise the BOD on optimizing inventory and production capacity. Make monthly, quarterly report of the long-term inventory stock list and propose the solution to clear the stock.
