Comms and Stewardship Team
Part of the Data Science Team to build the data foundation and scale up data capabilities under PSA Group's Analytics Centre of Excellence. Work with PSA Global Terminals in data projects including business intelligence, data warehousing, data science and data competency training.
• Recipient of the CPFB Staff Excellence Award 2016 • Project lead of a BI data mart project to enable self-help analytics. Coordinated and collaborated with business users and IT reps from various departments to ensure a timely deployment of the data mart. Awarded the CPFB Team Excellence Award 2016. • Conducts feasibility assessment and provide recommendations on BI/ analytics solution. Also embarks on BI/ Analytics POC with internal business users to improve operation efficiency or service delivery. • Involved in the maintenance of the existing enterprise data warehouse DANIEL (Data ANalytics and Information Enterprise Laboratory). Conducts UAT, investigations and enhancements to the data warehouse to respond to changes in schemes and analytical needs. • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the new charge-out model for the new data warehouse. • Supports other departments in terms of statistical generation for data analysis and policy review.
• Played a key role in the successful implementation of the Board’s Enterprise Data Warehouse Project (DANIEL), which serves as a single data repository for strategic purposes, integrating data from the various source systems within CPF Board. Awarded the Team Excellence Award 2015. • Worked extensively with various stakeholders such as external vendors and various Schemes Departments to do a detailed requirement study to create the relevant business model for the data warehouse project. Part of the user team to conduct UAT, prepare data dictionary and to ensure that the transformations were done correctly to meet users’ requirements. • Undertook statistical and research study to facilitate policy reviews. • Analysed and processed statistical reports on trends and patterns in data on profile of CPF members and CPF schemes. • Overseen and supervised the compilation of the Board’s statistical publication.
• Participated in the Civil Service Internship Programme as an intern for PSD.
