I am a Junior Associate with hands-on experience in both developer and subsale conveyancing transactions. I take ownership of developer project files, overseeing the full transaction cycle from the preparation and execution of sale and purchase agreements, attending signings, managing applications for consent, to ensuring timely drawdown of facilities. I also handle subsale matters, where I draft agreements and manage transactions through to registration of title and successful handover of vacant possession. Beyond legal practice, I am actively involved in the firm’s internal social media team, where I drive content ideation and oversee the publication of articles, ensuring our communications remain clear, relevant, and aligned with the firm’s direction.
