I'm a seasoned Executive Level leader in Production and Creative Project Management with 20 years experience executing creative projects for artists, brands, designers and non-profit organizations. Deep experience with scenic fabrication methods and materiality with a developed eye for design, I thrive in collaborative environments and work well with designers of all stripes. In both client-facing and production roles, I've planned and executed a wide range of projects across the globe including experiential marketing events, art installations, festivals, press & product launches, non-profit & museum galas, and private celebrations. I've aided agencies in growing their business through strong relationships and keen communication skills. I enjoy building teams, mentoring and coaching younger talent to discover their own confidence and success. Teamwork is dreamwork. I am trilingual and have a passion for exploring the world which has led to international projects in Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tokyo, Taipei, Beijing and Berlin. I'm currently a member of Boulder's Public Art Standing Select Panel Committee and I'm honored to have served on the board of Street Wise Arts in Boulder, CO, who continues to give emerging artists a voice through its mural festival and youth empowerment through art programs. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I led the Production team across all new business pitches and active projects, expanding the agency’s production capabilities and contributing to operational excellence. I led Production Strategy in all new business RFPs, contributing to an increase in the pitch win rate and driving revenue growth. I streamlined our production onboarding process and contributed to systems and process for team collaboration. I managed a full time team of up to 5, mentoring and developing their skills for growth and advancement. I handled production staff resourcing for all pitches and projects and nurtured a bench of incredible talent. I oversaw the financial health of all active projects and was responsible for a multi-point increase in production margins, contributing to a growth in project profitability. While I oversaw all active projects, I was also the Executive Producer of BravoCon 2025. I developed a new production strategy to expand the guest experience, adding a new outdoor stage and elevating the outdoor experience while meeting the client’s budget goals. I built the production budget and was responsible for the succesful delivery of project finances. I created the production resourcing plan, staffing and overseeing a production team of more than 80 staff from producers to technical teams, onsite show staff for 4 stages, and a full site operations crew.
