Prior to establishing his capital advisory business, Neville worked with Citigroup India for 20 years from 1999 to 2019, across roles in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets Origination, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance and Corporate Banking. Over his career, Neville has executed several landmark, market defining transactions across initial public offerings, block deals, convertible bonds, ADRs, GDRs, follow on public equity raise, private equity, foreign currency bonds & hybrid securities, onshore and offshore acquisition financing, mezzanine and structured financing. Over the last 26 years, Neville has raised over USD 125 billion across 200+ financing and advisory transactions for his clients. Neville is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Mumbai.
