Over the past 7 years at Baxter International, I’ve led the development and global launch of connected medical software and pharmacy automation platforms that operate in some of the most regulated, high-stakes environments in healthcare. My signature program: directing the end-to-end development of a UL2900 cybersecurity-certified automatic compounder platform— the first in its class — deployed across 47 countries and contributing to $250M+ in annual global revenue. Alongside that, I built and launched a customer-facing SaaS platform for real-time parenteral nutrition compatibility data securing a yearly $10M revenue across WEU. Today, as R&D Innovation Lead for Digital Health & Connected Care, I own the innovation agenda — from product vision and roadmap through unmet need identification, design thinking, external partnerships, and concept-to-prototype validation. I’m building the pipeline of what comes next.
