Insurance & Risk Strategy • Developing customized insurance strategies that balance risk transfer, retention, and cost control. • Translating complex policy structures into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers. • Supporting clients through renewals with a proactive strategy vs. reactive pricing conversations. HR & People Risk Integration • Advising on workforce and HR-related decisions as part of a broader risk management strategy. • Helping organizations understand how workforce decisions impact financial risk, retention, and long-term cost exposure.
