I am a versatile senior executive with a comprehensive background in leadership roles such as CEO, Regional Sales President, and CFO. My core expertise lies in steering global large and mid-market businesses through fast changing environments and significant turnarounds. I like working both at a strategic and operational level. As a strategic advisor, board member, mentor, and investor, I am passionate about industrial technology, energy, infrastructure, and cleantech sectors. I am currently leading Praesidiad, a global leader in perimeter security solutions. Operating in more than 100 countries, the group designs and manufactures protection systems for critical infrastructure, defense, and high-security civilian applications. Prior to that, I was leading Chloride, a privately held international leader in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems for energy and infrastructure, which became an independent company following its separation from Vertiv in 2022. Previously, as the global CEO of Gutor (with a €200 million P&L and 600 employees), I successfully led the company's turnaround and sale to a private equity fund. Prior to Gutor, I was the regional president of Schneider Electric's Power Systems division in Asia Pacific (€500 million P&L, 200 people, 15 countries). I also served as the global CFO of their global Energy Automation business (a €500 million P&L, part of the Digital Energy division), and contributed to over 10 successful post-merger integrations. I started my career as an auditor and consultant in Europe. I hold a Master of Science X - HEC Entrepreneurs from HEC Paris, studied at Cologne University for the European CEMS Master’s program and joined an executive program at INSEAD. Fluent in French, English, and German, my international experience includes living for long periods in both Asia and Europe and managing teams across all continents.

Gutor is a global €200 million business specialized in heavy industrial UPS solutions, headquartered in Switzerland with worldwide operations (600 people, 30 countries). Strategic Turnaround: as CEO, revitalized the company through major strategic and operational transformations. Successful Exit: managed the sale, divestment and full spin off process of the company to a private equity firm. Target market segments: Renewables, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Industrial customers.
