I’m a SCFHS-registered Clinical Dietitian (Specialist – Clinical Nutrition) based in Jeddah. I have hospital internship experience at National Guard Hospital and remote outpatient practice in weight management and metabolic health. I provide evidence-based nutrition counseling, lifestyle modification support, and structured weekly follow-up with clear documentation. I’m especially interested in obesity care and metabolic conditions, and I enjoy creating patient-friendly education materials and awareness content that improves understanding and adherence. I’m currently seeking Clinical Dietitian opportunities in hospitals, clinics, or obesity programs where I can support patient-centered care and measurable progress.
Provide remote nutrition counseling within a structured obesity program; educate clients on anti-obesity injections (expected effects, common side effects, safe self-care tips) and when to seek medical attention. Deliver nutrition counseling using a standardized meal plan; coach clients on portion control, food choices, and sustainable habit change. Manage a high-volume remote caseload (approx. 15–30 clients/day) through WhatsApp-based follow-up, with weekly check-ins until clients reach their program goals. Provide on-demand consultations via WhatsApp, addressing questions, barriers, and adherence challenges within program guidelines. Document weekly symptoms, progress, and adherence notes in an internal dashboard; provide guidance within program protocols and escalate medical inquiries to the assigned physician/medical team when needed. Outcomes (internal tracking): average weight change of 3–4 kg/month; 80%+ positive progress recorded in weekly follow-up logs. Create short educational videos on obesity management, anti-obesity injections (use and common side effects), and lifestyle strategies to support adherence and safety.
