Closely working with the business teams to understand the pipeline of new demand and requirements on end-to-end recruitment assignments for mid – senior level hiring in line with client requirements; Developing approach for recruitment systems initiatives, critical components and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved; Managing the candidate experience for significant sized business units and for managing relationships with the stakeholders; Developing effective sourcing and candidate engagement strategies along with the Campus Recruitment for the business units; Collating market research and providing insight to the business on talent pool sizing, competitor movements and the Accenture Employee Value Proposition; Following up agency relations and internal controls processes; Meeting requirements in a manner that provides customer satisfaction and customer delight; Interact with clients at all levels at every opportunity and continuously introduce innovation ideas; Implementing a number of local and global initiatives that support and develop our sourcing capability, candidate experience and Inclusion & Diversity programs; Ensure one Accenture face to the market and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices.
Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels for Verifone operating in payments industry, for its HQ in; South Africa, Turkey, Denmark, Italy, France • Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets. Accountable for delivering to target start dates; • Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements; • Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager; • Work effectively with the sourcing and admin team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience; • Mentor / guide members of the sourcing and admin team on best practice approaches, client culture and support them in achieving success in their roles; • Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the recruitment experience until start date; • Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting; • Support the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer. Close the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections and support the candidate during their notice period.
Client Acquisition Partnership: • Constitution of monthly business development plan and strategy; • Executing and leading internal Client Development workshop / trainings for Consultants; • Regular coaching of Consultants for client acquisition strategies; • Leading customer retention activities for the company within coordinating account management execution.

Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner for Retail Sales Department within a strict KPI system and giving support for numerous projects and processes, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition and development, recruitment, career management and performance management. Responsible for: • Taking active role in all recruitment process(Pre-screening, interviews and other related needs); • Hiring, retaining and developing employees within the needs and standards of the organization; • Conducting personality inventory and aptitude tests for employees and forming personality assessment reports in order to support the feedback system; • Assisting in the design and implementation of key HR processes and strategies for the field sales area; • Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms, managing the procurement and measurement process; • Following up the performance management of the sales-field employees by PEP(Performance Evaluation Planning) and TLU(Team Line Up) systems. • Managing headcount employee data; • Generating periodical HR related reports; (headcount, recruitment, turnover etc.) • Organizing assessment centers, evaluating and selecting appropriate sales employees in order to create a match for the appropriate promotions, • Providing feedback to the candidates during all stages of the process; • Leading co-ordination and orientation of new employees, • Managing employee leave processes, conducting exit interviews and preparing reports for upper-management; • Managing the social and employee engagement activities; • Dealing with day to day corporate and local law related issues i.e. Labor Law, Compliance, etc • Supporting training department in terms of related projects, if needed. • Forming employee engagement surveys, analyzing results and preparing numerical outcomes in order to add a value for the enhancement of the organizational sales field structure.
