• Responsible for preparing and publishing job advertisements when on demand • Responsible for planning trainings given to dealer employees and arranging accommodations • Provides assistance with filing interviews, CV’s and other documents • Provides assistance in making entries to the personnel database • Provides assistance in sending Personality Inventories to the candidates, makes necessary arrangements and ensures coordination • Makes arrangements regarding travelling and accommodational needs of the project team • Supports project team regarding other operational needs • Supports other HR departments when in demand
