Office Manager Duties Oversee and manage daily office systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information. Implement and maintain efficient filing systems. Supervise office facilities, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Serve as a primary source of contact for internal and external communications. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth information flow and resolve any operational issues. Process invoices , receipts , and reimbursements in a timely manner. Prepare and send monthly debtors’ invoices and statements. Debtors and Cashbook Reconciliations. Perform administration duties ensuring monthly deadlines are adhered to and collection targets are met, preparation of annual audit schedules, filing etc. General Assistance to the Accountant to compile Management Accounts and AFS Capture new clients into the CRM System and send through the welcome email with the username and password once account has been approved and activated.
