    Led the Workplace Design Division since late 2013. Achievements include winning 6 competitions/biddings: Beijing R&D HQ for Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU), Optics Valley Convention Center Wuhan, Urban Design for Hangzhou Jiangdong Innovation Park, Civic Center for Zhuzhou City, Dalian Women and Children Activities Center, Huairou Training Center for The Chinese Development Bank, Urban Garden Dongying for Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (2608:HK) 4 Shortlisted submissions: Xiaomi Technology HQ, Hangzhou East HG Building, Hangzhou Jinsha Lake CBD Urban Design. Parallel to project works, led also the Branding and Promotion Department since 2011. Mainly worked on corporate branding strategy, publications, media relations, awards, exhibitions and promotional affairs. Initiated “平 常美” branding theme series in 2012. Achievements include the publication of “WSP Architecture in the Landscape”, winning significant awards like the Asia Pacific Property Award 2014 for Jin Mao Palace in Beijing, 2013 LEAF Award, WA award, Chinese Media Award for Alipay Building in Hangzhou, 2013 WAF shortlisted for Xiu Ning School in Huangshan, 2014 WAF shortlisted for Baidu R&D HQ in Beijing.

    Led two thesis projects concerning “non-formalistic” parametric design and took part in Design Studios in various years. Became full teaching since 2008. Parallel to teaching, two research studies were commenced: “Atlas of Cruciform”, about Hong Kong housing typology study, and “Spatial organization in contemporary architecture and its expression on plans” is a discussion on space organizing strategies observed in contemporary works.

    Initiated the architectural division in 2006 and managed a team of multi-design disciplines including architecture, interior, exhibition and graphics. Actively explore and experiment the cross-border design practice and integrated design services. Developed a clientele varied from private clients to developers, e.g. Chun Wo Group, Shui On Land and global engineering consultant, i.e. Maunsell AECOM. In 2007, our proposal for “The Bridging Arts: Public Art Design Competition” in Hong Kong was awarded the Merit Prize in 2008.

    Worked on an extension of the headquarters of Nanjing Planning Bureau, was a commission resulting from an invited competition in 2004. The building has 5 stories and a total floor area of 12,000 sq. m. that contains several public functions including a library, an auditorium, a conference hall and exhibition spaces. Another project involved was a competition submission for a university library in Darmstadt, Germany. The submission was shortlisted in the final stage.
