As a Lead RBT in ABA, I conduct behavior assessments of children who are believed to be on the spectrum of Autism. As Lead RBT I am responsible for training incoming staff and making sure that they are well equipped to give direct therapy to clients. In a previous role as a Project Coordinator, I was able to successfully train and support fellow team mates on incoming projects that were assigned. This included organizing and hosting meetings, having superb organization skills and excellent communication skills. I was able to build long-lasting relationships with clients who are company represented. I was also able to market to target audiences to be able to obtain those same clients.
