Hospitality leader with international experience across France, Miami and Dubai, spanning corporate retreats, executive meeting venues, hotels and standalone hospitality concepts. Over the past 10+ years, I have led operations, developed teams and delivered guest experiences within a wide range of hospitality environments. Before moving to Dubai, I spent nearly 8 years with Châteauform’, progressing through three General Manager positions while contributing to leadership development and group-wide training initiatives. My background includes operational leadership, team development, recruitment, training, budgeting, guest experience, event management and business performance across both established venues and pre-opening projects. Today, I am particularly interested in hospitality operations, organizational development, business development and concept-driven projects, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams, optimizing operations and creating sustainable growth.
