Professional with experience in Project Management, Consultancy and Business Analysis for ERP Implementations, specifically focused on Microsoft D365
Leading the delivery team in our Business Central Practice, working with varied clients and teams on their digital transformation & ERP journeys
Managing numerous ERP projects with different clients across different industries, all implementing Microsoft D365 across their businesses.
Requirements gathering, business analysis, process improvement, change management and stakeholder engagement focused particularly on Warehousing and Supply Chain as part of a major digital transformation project and the first ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) implementation across the group.
Working as a Business Analyst, mapping all current business processes across the group within the Operations function and playing a key role in the implementation/development of a new ERP system (Microsoft D365 and Power BI) across the entire group, whilst introducing more streamlined/efficient processes, highlighted as part of the analysis, across the whole of the business.
Having experienced various roles as the Graduate Trainee, and then being offered a role in Account Management, I was offered a further opportunity to take up a brand new role within the company as New Product Introduction Manager in recognition of the growth of the business and the pace in which new business was/is developing. I am therefore responsible in ensuring that as soon as a new product is successfully sold to a customer, all aspects of a new product launch are managed effectively by use of critical paths and other key processes. The ultimate target and responsibility being that the final product is delivered on time and in full as per customer requirements, and actions/requirements are effectively communicated to all associated stakeholders. This role developed further into an analysis role - looking at sales rates, budgets and working with merchandisers to help forecast sales internally, and thus confirming forecast requirements for production capacity and all raw materials. Another key aspect of the role is managing all packaging requirements. This involves communicating with various suppliers, ensuring the packaging is fit for purpose and developing/approving artwork as appropriate to customer demands, plus managing new packaging development projects and signing off on press with customers.
Various short term roles enabled the development of a great understanding of the whole business and different business skills and practices which are now of invaluable use in my current position. Roles included quality control, shift supervisor, buyer and materials planner, and ultimately sales; the area in which I was offered a permanent position as Account Manager
