Historically M-Cubed supported complex systems integration needs to Federal Clients including the U.S. Treasury, Census Bureau, and U.S. Army. Projects include the design, development and implementation of several financial systems for the U.S. Treasury including solutions for claims and payment processing, Federal Financial reporting and Federal central accounting. With over 38 years of IT consulting and management experience, Neil has focused on Data Integration, Managed Services, Continuous Integration, Product Development, e-Government Services, and Federal Financial Management. Neil leverages these experiences to significantly improve operations, efficiency, customer satisfaction and the bottom line for customers. Recently Neil has been focused on leveraging machine learning to build financial products that are focused on invoice and payments reconciliation and fraudulent payments detection.
