I spent over a decade in data management, digital analytics, and marketing before founding NLP Consultancy, where I help businesses put AI and automation to practical use. I work hands-on with clients across the full range: AI agents that handle real work in Sales, Delivery, Product and Support; workflow and task automation; trading tools for crypto and other financial instruments; API integrations; and AI-driven data analysis - all grounded in business planning and optimisation, so the technology fits how the company actually runs. I started the consultancy out of a genuine passion for AI and automation and from seeing firsthand how often "digital transformation" stalls inside large corporations before it gets off the ground. I'd rather build, iterate, and prove it works, for ambitious business owners looking to scale quickly and efficiently.

Increasingly that means deploying AI agents to handle real work across Sales, Delivery, Product and Support, alongside more traditional workflow automation where that's the better fit.
