I have spent over 30 years working and leading in various sectors.From financial services with Paysafe, Mastercard Vocalink and HBOS to telecommunications with BT Virgin and Skype as well as technology with Microsoft. I built a global strategic consultancy in 2016 specialising in transformation and growth with clients such as Atlassian, Royal Mint, Omio, Lego and Mars and Dapper labs. My notable achievements include combined value creation worth $12bn. Onwrdz is the rebrand of our executive leadership development solutions business wardgilbert. At Onwrdz we deliver change for individuals, teams and brands who care about growth and performance in life and business.
