Neil is a Chartered Project Manager and over the course of his 10+ years of construction experience he has managed the delivery of multi-million-euro projects for clients across all sectors, and has been involved in multiple stages of the development process. Having graduated with First Class Honours in Construction Management from Technological University Dublin, Neil was also honored with the Ivan Webb Gold Medal Award. He further attained a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from the South East Technological University and is distinguished as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Management of Subcontractors, Material requisitions, Setting out for RC and Steel structures using Total station and GPS, Carry out site inductions, ensure all personnel on site carry out their duties in a safe and responsible manner, Quality control and inspection of subcontractors work, ensuring work has been carried out to a pre approved and agreed standard. Planning of work, ensuring sufficient manpower and materials are available for tasks to be successfully executed and the programme remains on target, Problem solving, identifying potential construction problems by scrutinising design drawings.
