Working within the Philips CISO organisation to provide a pivotal link between the SOC team and the Projects providing increased capabilities. Managing deliverables in an Agile way to ensure that the SOC functions seamlessly whilst increasing its capabilities to meet the ever demanding Threat vectors that a global company expects.
Responsible for Managing the day to day security operations and the CSIRT advanced threat management team; Lead the CSIRT incident triage process to ensure actions taken are cleared with stakeholders and the investigative process adheres to strict protocol; Ensure the continuous effectiveness of security event monitoring; sign and implement a case management process, operational procedures and necessary tools to support and document investigations; Coordinate incident response processes and procedures between Philips, supplier organizations and their response units including law enforcement; ensure incident management and forensic activities are conducted within the law and in consultation with accountable stakeholders; Ensure highly sensitive incidents are managed on a need to know basis.; Develop and deploy the ongoing operational security response design and plan; Conduct response and scenario based risk assessments to pro-actively mitigate security threats. Executes operational Information Security policies.
