      (2021 - date) As Head of EMEA and North America Cross-ISG Programs I lead a team of project managers, business analysts and PMOs to deliver on a broad portfolio of small, medium and large-scale cross-departmental and cross-divisional transformation programs for Technology and the Firm. We manage all aspects of program delivery from initial analysis and impact assessment, through planning, build, testing, deployment and go-live. Additionally, we manage all aspects of program governance from the lowest level working groups up to the highest level Firmwide steering and risk committees. The current portfolio includes: - EU Lending, deposit taking and compliance with Article 21c of the European Capital Requirements Directive (CRDVI) - SEC US Treasury Mandatory Clearing - Fundamental Review of the Trading Book - BCBS239 data lineage and controls - Institutional Securities Technology modernisation and hygiene. - Trader Mandate controls enhancements - Commodities business migration - 3rd Party Surveillance - MiFID III Previous completed programs include: - JFSA, EMIR, MAS and ASIC Transaction Reporting (2021 - 2024) - Accelerated Settlement for the US, Canada, Argentina, Mexico, Peru and Jamaica (2021 - 2024) - ECB Desk Mapping Review program (2022 - 2024) - The team also inherited the tail of the program to migrate from IBOR to Alternate Reference Rates (2023) I also serve on the ISG Sub Divisional Risk Committee and the Firm's Institutional and Corporate Architecture Governance Committee.
