I have extensive leadership development experience, providing coaching, mentoring and training to improve performance at all levels within an organisation. I have a track record of bringing about rapid and sustained improvements in outcomes and am skilled at empowering and developing teams.
I provide learning support for individual pupils and groups of pupils to accelerate their progress and further develop their competencies. In addition, I work with school leadership teams to improve learning support systems within schools in the East of Auckland region. This role requires extensive knowledge of the curriculum, working with Te Tiriti O Waitangi and inclusive practice.
I was seconded to the leadership of this trust to assist help improve the performance of the 10 primary schools and the central trust.
I ran this social enterprise school improvement company and was accountable for its performance across a broad range of metrics, including impact on school improvement, financial performance and leadership development. I delivered innovative support programmes for our 50-100 clients per year.
I delivered a £750,000 government project to improve outcomes in 25 primary and secondary schools in 4 council areas.
I worked with the principal and other members of the leadership team to run this large school in West Auckland, securing positive outcomes for pupils and their families.
