Specialized in valuation of Plant, Property, and Equipment (PP&E) as well as other related engineering services for purchase price allocation (ASC805), financial reporting, long-lived asset impairment (ASC360), tax and depreciation purposes, as well as technical diligence reviews. Responsibilities included: • Development of replacement costs, market values, and liquidation values; studies of remaining life, functional and economic obsolescence • Valuation modeling of PP&E utilizing advanced excel skills • Assessing fixed asset registers and holding discussions with industry experts for project scoping and determination of valuation methodology • Supporting audit teams in technical reviews and analysis of externally performed valuation reports
