As part of a four-year Degree Apprenticeship in Data Science, I have gained experience working across a range of data, digital, governance, and business-focused functions, contributing to projects that support strategic decision-making, data governance, compliance, analytics, and technology delivery. Throughout the programme, I have worked across multiple teams including Data Privacy, Information Lifecycle Management, Data Ethics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and wider stakeholder-facing project environments. These placements have provided exposure to the full data lifecycle, from data governance and regulatory compliance through to data engineering, analytics, reporting, and insight generation. I have developed experience working with diverse stakeholders to understand business requirements, deliver data-driven solutions, and support organisational objectives. Alongside strengthening my technical capabilities in data analysis, data management, reporting, and engineering, I have built strong transferable skills in stakeholder engagement, project delivery, problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement. This broad experience has enabled me to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, translating complex data concepts into actionable insights while delivering value across a variety of projects and functions.
