• Draft and negotiate agreements in connection with software as a service, merchant services, pricing amendments, software licenses, partnerships, resellers, application programming interfaces (APIs), marketing / creative services, content licensing (EST, VOD, and original programming), advertising technology, data processing, data licensing, leasing, facilities services, consulting and employment. • Provide product / privacy counseling to internal stakeholders on compliance with laws and regulations such as CCPA and GDPR. • Negotiate and draft a variety of high volume enterprise commercial agreements in support of Sales and Business Development teams. • Develop operational processes, create forms and playbooks, draft templates, and conduct trainings for Sales and Business Development teams.
