After a 6-week consultancy project with Hexagon Housing Association, reviewing their contact centre operations following a recent service change that has impacted the levels of service received by residents. I am now shaping the newly formed role as Head Of Customer Experience until the end of July 2026 The project involves analysing static data, performance trends, staffing levels, and the full range of services provided by external partners. From this insight, Iβm developing practical recommendations and actionable solutions to improve service delivery, reduce wait times, increase call answer rates, and enhance the overall resident experience. In addition to process improvements, a key focus is to support and coach the management team in embedding best practices and sustaining improvements over time. This includes optimising workflows, strengthening team performance, and ensuring knowledge is captured and shared effectively through a robust Knowledge Management System. Itβs a short-term assignment, but with long-term impact: better service for residents, empowered staff, and stronger systems that can adapt and grow with the organisation.
