Reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer and leads the Corporate Accounting team. Supports Group regulatory reporting and compliance, financial analysis and planning, the RAC transformation program and the Corporate CFO team on growth opportunities for the RAC.
Lead RAC’s transformation program. This is the key program of work under RAC’s transformation pillar to build a stronger RAC guided by a renewed purpose vison and mission leading an interim team through the disruption and uncertainty created by COVID-19.
Responsible for developing the organisational structure known as the Target Enterprise Model for the RAC as a key enabler and mechanism to deliver its Transformation program. I reported to the Program Manager and was a member of the Transformation team.
