Job Responsibilities: • Managing a team of SAP & IT Recruiters (UK & Europe). • Involved in development process, design standards, techniques, and tools to support task performance. • Consult with UK Team on daily basis for queries and requests. • Single Point of contact with the client for requirement gathering, assigning, and reporting the performance of team. • Working on sourcing and 360 recruitments for niche IT and SAP role. • Part of appraisal and increment meetings • Conduct quality checks. • Conduct review with UK team and get feedback for the team • Conducting one on one monthly meeting with the team to understand their concerns, progress, and development path. • Held training sessions for IT recruitment, UK & European Geography. • Making career progression path for the team members.
• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis and consultation with managers • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs • Develop training manuals that target tangible results • Implement effective and purposeful training methods • Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training • Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices • Responsible for working through the transition period with clients • Understand the training needs and expectations of the clients throughout the training period • Ensuring seamless transition for the client – extending support till the project goes live • Stepping in case of any escalation from the client to solve the issue at hand, and understand the training requirements

Work on niche roles that could not be covered by the team including the offshore team. • Involved in development process, design standards, techniques, and tools to support task performance. Consult with UK Team on daily basis for queries and requests. • Resolve issues for the team and escalate to line manager. • Create an environment oriented to open communication, creative thinking, cohesive team effort, transparency and workplace trust. • Part of the training and development team, which involves training the team on various processes, other management training. • Conduct quality checks. • Conduct review with UK team and feedback on the team
Responsibilities: Prospect and develop potential placement orders, identifying the particular needs of existing and prospective clients. Identify most suitable talent in line with the client requirement. Use several data techniques to reach out to right person and convince them to apply for the same. Interview prospective candidates, test skills, perform reference checks and match to job listing. Develop and implement a recruiting strategy that will support current job listing and maintain a listing of candidates future needs. Maintain track records on candidates, job listing and client needs. Perform other duties as assigned.
