implementation, maintenance and improvement of the management system · identification of deviations from the management system or from the procedures for performing laboratory activities · initiation of actions to prevent or minimize such deviations · reporting to laboratory management on the performance of the management system and any need for improvement · Ensuring the effectiveness of laboratory activities. · coordinate internally and externally regarding equipment calibration · Define the lab materials and equipment specifications and ensure the availability of manuals, datasheets, certificates and the other necessary external documents. · ensure the quality Control procedures are established, revised and implemented. · define the annual quality audit program for the laboratory and to ensure that internal Auditors are appropriately trained and qualified. ·ensure that corrective actions are implemented within an agreed time scale. · Manage the lab documentation and reporting system · control the issue of, and maintain, all operational procedures, test and procedures. · maintain a register of all staff holding manuals and procedures. ·review the laboratory manual and operational procedures regularly and issue authorized amendments as necessary after coordination of the concerned persons. ·fully responsible of the lab documentation and records keeping. ·initiate and establish new operational procedures where appropriate To approve the issue of all test procedures. · Repairing, copying &distributing all documents in the quality system · Control all documents and records ensuring copies updating. Preparing the management review and participate in the internal audit
* Operate the analytical devices and methods of analysis within all the laboratories * prepare samples for laboratory testing. * perform analysis of microbiology samples. * prepare microbiological media for the testing of laboratory samples * Implementation ISO 17025 standards * Environmental monitoring * Maintain lab equipment by following * Media QC * Follow up all equipment cleaning, verification and record in related forms . * prepare technical sheet, revise test report and maintain Observations data sheets.
