As an agile business analyst, I gather requirements and create functional solutions in Acquiring domain for one of the largest Payment processors in Europe. Hands-on experience on Way4 (product from Openway) Acquiring solutions. As a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, I practice SAFe on a day-to-day basis and bring in Lean way of working into everything I do. Acquiring division (more than 13 scrum teams, 150+ team members) at Utrecht have started practicing Scaled agile where Lean and Kanban sit at the core. I am helping teams to sail through this journey utilizing my scaled agile experience from the past.
As Operational Product Owner, I streamlined work process to make them Lean. This improved the work flow (from Idea to market) by removing traditional waterfall and not-so-necessary process. This led ground for Acquiring Back office to scale up Agile practices.

This team was able to deliver high-standard Card software across varying technologies such as Mainframe and PEGA. During this period, the team transitioned from a Waterfall to an Agile way of delivery. We followed train the trainer approach where I was trained first and I trained my team by relating agile terms to their current day-to-day working. This helped tremendously and the team moved into an agile way of working into 2.5 months. Following this, we adapted SAFe as the issuing portfolio was around 70+ scrum teams ( 800+ members). I took charge as Value stream product owner for the Collection value stream. My team went on to garner much appreciation from client teams. A special mention came from the business team when the team automated the day-to-day interest calculation process.
As a Consultant, I worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Client locations (Salinas, CA, USA & Chicago, USA) where I interacted with Product Management, Business analysts, and Customer Service departments to gather application requirements. As an SME, I transformed Business requirements into functional requirements of various applications in Dispute, Transaction posting & and management areas.
