Recruiting Talents across GCC and Iran for L'Oreal. Drive Strategy of Recruitment for Middle East Region. Focus on Internal Talent.
Responsibilities include: • Managing the recruitment for Graduates, Head Office roles, Pilots and Cabin Crew • Design and delivery of selection interview scripts & assessment centres • Liaising with the key managers & HRBP’s to establish recruitment needs and ensure the best talent is sourced • Expert for recruitment practices, market intelligence & knowledge of industry trends such as new technologies. • Developing and maintaining divisional candidate talent pools for future recruitment campaigns • Managing the cabin crew recruitment team and resourcing administrators • Co-ordinating sourcing optimisation plans and advertising for recruitment campaigns within set time frames • Deploying effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels cost effectively • Monitoring vacancies to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and to highlight any areas of risk • Evaluating existing preferred supplier agreements including job boards, ad agencies and recruitment agencies • Ensuring all assessment materials and processes meet current legislation and adhere to best practice standards • Production of statistical reports & analysing data in order to make informed resourcing recommendations
Selected for a competitive Management Leadership Programme consisting of 4 placements throughout key areas of the business, carrying out high level projects. Assignments were HR and Commercial focused. Assignments to date include:- 1) Managing the TUI UK&I Commercial Placement Scheme Responsibilities included:- - Managing the Commercial Placement Scheme recruitment process - Implementing a new process to integrate the scheme in to the long term strategy for talent development - Liaising with key commercial managers within the business to establish their recruitment needs and ensure that the best talent is sourced for their area - Aligning the scheme with the UK&I Graduate Scheme - Improving engagement by building awareness on campus - Liaising with key Universities to build key relationships - Exploring new opportunities to expand the placement scheme to other areas of TUI UK and Ireland - Implementing a plan to manage employee engagement within the whole of the Commercial division 2) Synergy creation between TUI Nordic & UK (Product Development and Delivery) Main responsibilities included: - Supporting with specific sign off in differentiated products oversees - Training of the staff in the new shared concept product - Implementation of the first synergy product for TUI UK - Recommend future synergy opportunities going forward 3) E-Commerce resourcing and People Plan implementation. Key Responsibilities:- - Managing e-commerce vacanies - Rolling out a social media strategy for resourcing with e-commerce - Building brand awareness - Liaising closely with agencies and negotiating rates - Rolling out e-commerce people and engagement plan - Supporting with implementation of behavioural targeting 4) Overseas placement in Cyprus (6 weeks) - Spending time with Area Manager, Resort managers and resort back office teams to gain an understanding of oversees operations
