Responsibility of Individual contributor for Processing inhouse payroll for 1250 employees in ADP and Workday. Frequency – Semi Monthly Payroll. Process regular payrolls as per the payroll schedule and off cycles on ad hoc basis. Audit pre payroll – Head count validation, Employee data changes report, Terminated report and reconciliation. Prepare capitalization report. Prepare STD Calc for the short-term disability employees. Weekly preparing the employee expense reimbursement report and processing within the payroll timeline. Processing Off cycle payroll based on the request. Preparing Invoices to the vendor and processing the payment within a timeline. Processing UHC Validation with enrolled employees and posting in to the Journal entries. HSA, HSAER, 401K, ROTH, MATCH report validation. Cashflow -Fund Request. Processing journal entries in D365 for post payroll. Annual Bonus/PTO/Hourly employees’ salary and taxes accrual data processing. Process termination request as per the state law. Manual adjustments will be made to the payroll as per the requirements. Have tested and worked with the (IT) team and Paylocity team to resolve several issues. Will resolve payroll/paycheck queries for employees as well as the liaisons. Processing journal entries post payroll/ Postin GL. Prepare Monthly Reconciliation reports. Preparing SUI Tax filing -Quarterly. Preparing W2 and handling the W2 queries- Year end activity. Handling Employees’ queries on Payroll, 401K, HAS and Taxes.
Processed accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies. Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes. Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Prepared and submit payroll reports, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country. Informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements in each country and update payroll processes accordingly. Handled payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies or issues raised by employees or stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining payroll records, documentation, and confidentiality of employee information in compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
