As a project manager at Epic, I lead and coordinate software development projects for health care organizations, ensuring that they meet the clients' needs and expectations. I work with a diverse and talented team of engineers, analysts, and consultants, and I contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions. I graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, with a minor in energy, business, and finance. I have a strong background and interest in optimizing systems, processes, and resources, as well as applying data-driven and creative approaches to solve complex problems. I also have extensive experience in operations and marketing, having worked as the director of operations a start-up company that provides personalized and private tutoring sessions for college students. I oversaw the finances, marketing, and logistics of the company, and helped it grow its customer base and revenue.
