Selected accomplishments: Increased VMSS adoption and conversion by leading content‑driven UX experiments that clarified VM vs. VMSS decisions, simplified configuration flows, and aligned language with customer intent and platform strategy. Designed AI‑assisted onboarding and deployment experiences that reduce first‑run failure and churn—introducing trust disclosures, contextual learning at failure points, AI rationale and tradeoffs, and safe fallback paths. Built two brands from scratch – Sygnali and its IoT app Pinpoint, which automates and tracks labor, equipment, and critical data for Large Loss Construction. Owned all design, UX, copy and messaging for the app, the brands and the product story. Shaped app features to ensure success across all platforms.
(with Mentor Creative Group) Hired to improve UX and conversion rates, and reorganize / redesign the content section and store to minimize dropoff and land the sale. Created tools, quizzes, andn product recommenders that demonstrably improved sales. Remapped the IA and created dashboard pages by topic. Created a new extensive brand and voice guide. Created shot lists and photography guidance. Assisted with A/B testing and used findings to improve UX pathways and messaging throughout the PC website.
Wrote and designed ad concepts, user journeys, strategy / persuasive pitch decks, and campaigns for T-Mobile to drive internal app conversion.
