Hello Everyone, I have almost 2 years experiences in Milk industry, in those years I was in training program because of this I worked in 4 departments ( Utility, Electric-Electronic Maintenance Department, Process Equipment Maintenance Department and Filling and Packaging Maintenance Department). In those departments i had too many experiences in maintenance and repair activities. Also I checked MTBF, Failure Rates, product rate. I was member of the HACCP team (Water) in this term. I used actively SAP and Microsoft Office programs. If I talk about myself in three words; I am easygoing, cheerful, quick learner person. Best Regards.
Manage and control maintenance & repair activities of utility systems including boiler, chiller, HVAC, and water systems. Lead purchasing operations, supplier evaluations, and inventory processes through SAP MM and PM. Member of Türkiye ESG Team; support sustainability, governance, and energy efficiency initiatives. Served as field controller in $14.5M factory expansion project: 1. Monitored site progress, coordinated progress payments, and managed quality alignment. 2. Held weekly meetings with Korea HQ and daily meetings with subcontractors. 3. Coordinated installation of new production lines with factory teams. Identified inefficiencies in construction & electrical systems, generating $50K+ savings, reallocating budget to critical facility needs.
Yetiştirme Programım kapsamında 7.5 ay boyunca Yardımcı İşletmeler bölümünde enerji hesaplaması, masraf yerlerine göre enerji dağılımları, haccp ve saha uygulamalarına katıldım. 3.5 ay boyunca Elektrik bakım bölümünde tüm fabrika genelinde temel elektrik ve elektronik alanında arıza ve bakım uygulamalarına katıldım. Yazılım konusunda yine temel düzeyde ladder diagramların mantığı ve okuması üzerinde çalıştım. 5.5 ay Proses Elemanları Bakım ve Onarım bölümünde mekanik anlamda Süt ön işlem bölümündeki seperatör homojenizatör, pastör, vana ve motor gruplarının bakım ve onarım uygulamalarına katıldım. Bunlara ek olarak ilk defa tecrübe ettiğim SAP uygulamasını bu çalışma döneminde aktif olarak kullandım. Son 2.5 aylık periyotta Dolum Paketleme bölümünde MTBF , ADO ve verimlilik oranları takibi, bakım planlama ve yine SAP üzerinden bakımda kullanılacak malzeme tedariği süreçlerinde görev aldım.
Developed mould drawings using NX and reviewed CNC machining flow. Observed CAM program implementation and contributed to error elimination activities.
