DEVELOP A MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME FOR SERVICING CENTRIFUGAL HVAC CHILLER -CARRYING OUT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON AIR HANDLING UNIT AHU -PLAN TECHNICIAN AS PER THE SKILL REQUIREMENT FOR OPERATION AND WORK SCHEDULE FOR HVAC MAINTENANCE - SUPERVISE AND DIRECT THE HVAC TECHNICIAN TO EFFECTIVELY PERFORM EQUIPMENT REPAIR, INSTALLATION, OPERATION TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - FOLLOW UP ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE -CARRY OUT TROUBLESHOOTING ON BOTH INDUSTRIAL AND DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AND ELECTRIC MOTOR CONTROL I.E DIRECT ONLINE, SOFT STARTING, STAR-DELTAL MOTOR CONTROL

Plan Technician as per the skill requirement for operation and work schedule for HVAC Chiller maintenance. Also Work with other departmental managers to meet company and departmental goals and objectives - Communicates regularly with dispatch to ensure that personnel are being scheduled properly by skill level, efficiency and training requirements - Follow up Electrical and Mechanical Equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance. - Lead and coordinate the both Mechanical and Electrical team and maintain competencies, motivation, and performance so as to achieve the team goal and target. - Making sure that preventive and corrective maintenance is achieved on chillers - Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on twenty five AHU - Supervising every maintenance and installation related activities of the department - Supervising corrective and preventive maintenance of frequency refrigerant flow VRV/VRF unit - Supervising and making sure that every maintenance related activities on all heat extractor is done perfectly - Managing the HVAC department of the organization. - Maintaining twenty five unit cold stores - Making sure that Technician carry out proper maintenance of all fan coils. - Carrying out maintenance and repair work on electric motor control such as soft starting motor control, DOL motor starting method, star-delta motor starting method, VFD motor starter and Liquid Resistance Starter etc. - Repair and maintenance of package and A/C unit and chiller.
